The speaker of Bayelsa state house of assembly, Mr. Kombowei Benson,has said that he remained the validly reperesentative of the Southern Ijaw constituency ward 4 seat. The appallete court has declared his April 11, 2015 election null and void.
Benson who also said he would not step down as speaker, insisted that the written judgement is different from the record of court's proceeding on December 9, 2015.
